Hannah鈥檚 style of counseling comes from a lens of person-centered and Somatic Experiencing modalities, while also turning to nature for healing. Additionally, Hannah has experience working in various mental health settings and roles over the last ten years. She has worked in outpatient, intensive outpatient, in-home, residential, and university settings. Hannah has experience facilitating after school programs, leading mindfulness sessions, group therapy, and milieu management. Hannah鈥檚 clinical experience includes dealing with issues of trauma, relationships, boundaries, grief, self-esteem, LGBTQ+ topics, substance use, depression, anxiety and more.
